The ASC Portsmouth team had fantastic time delivering sailing sessions to young people off The Camber Dock last week in Old Portsmouth.
Last week the team at ASC Portsmouth were honoured to take the crew out from Portsmouth’s RNLI station for a sailing and safe dinghy recovery session. We are extremely excited to be working with the station, sharing expertise to provide opportunities for the crew and our young people.
On Tuesday 10th September at the Kings Theatre in Portsmouth, the team at ASC Portsmouth joined Stanley Matthews-Bunting and his family at the URBOND Youth Charity Awards, where Stanley was the recipient of the URBOND Award for ASF Young Person of the Year.
Andrew Simpson Centre Reading was very grateful to have a team of 31 volunteers come down to the centre to deliver a much-needed face lift last week, with painting and gardening completed across the site.
ASC Portland recently welcomed Mosaic Family Support to take part in a range of activities, for the second time this year.
Everyone at ASC Reading and across the Andrew Simpson Group wishes Deaf Sailing UK the best of luck as they head out to Nida, Lithuania to represent GBR in the World Deaf Sailing Championships.
Andrew Simpson Centre Portsmouth was delighted to host representatives from Swim England, RYA and the RNLI this week, along with various media outlets, as a SwimSafe session for students from Priory School was held.
The Running Out Of Time climate change relay baton passed through Andrew Simpson Centre Portsmouth on July 1st, as Bumpa and Nicola from our Marine Education Hub sailed the baton to Eastney Beach ferry pontoon.
It was incredible to meet so many members of the local community at our ASC Birmingham open day on June 9th, in partnership with Community Games.
