Enjoy a unique experience with our corporate activity days
Treat your staff to a bespoke team building day and a unique experience out on the water. We provide unique days out for all abilities, with opportunities to try water activities such as sailing, paddlesports and team building at the Centre of your choice at locations across the UK.
We can deliver a variety of RYA structured courses or alternatively some fun taster sessions in a range of watersports and land-based activities, giving you a fantastic team building experience.
We find that activities on the water are an ideal way for your employees to get to know each other outside of the office and we promise an enjoyable time for everyone, in a relaxed informal outdoors environment.
A bespoke corporate day can be for a group of up to 12 people at a cost of £1000. However, we can cater for smaller or larger groups on request.

What’s included
A jam packed day of watersports activities, fully qualified instructors, changing facilities, all kit and wetsuits provided.
What you need to bring
All you need to remember to bring is swimwear to wear under the provided wetsuits, shoes you don’t mind getting wet and a towel to get dried afterwards.
Food & Drink
You can speak to us about adding on a catering package to create the perfect party feast, or simply bring your own. All of our Centres have indoor dining areas, and/or a bar area*.

Meeting rooms and spaces
Our centres have a variety of rooms, spaces and facilities, available for hire, catering for meetings and presentations if required for your bespoke package
Environmental and sustainable activities
We are committed to raising awareness of environmental issues throughout our sailing community. Our connections with local environmental charities and organisations means that we are able to combine your corporate watersports day out with other green activities, such as a beach clean.
Choice of activities
Double handed Sailing means that an instructor will take up to 3 people in a larger boat & show you the ropes. Mostly dry activity.
Single handed sailing means that an instructor will give you a brief about how to set up the boat, sail away, turn round, & return to shore. You will then be in your own small boat with one sail. Will get wet launching, possibility of capsizing.
Paddleboarding is a great introduction to paddlesports, you can sit, kneel, or stand up on the board. Falling off is optional.
Windsurfing is guaranteed to get wet! You will have a briefing using a simulator, and then the instructor will demonstrate on the water, then you’ll have a go. Lots of falling off to be expected.
Kayaking is very straightforward and easy to pick up. We use sit on top kayaks so you will get wet, but falling in is optional.
Land based activities enable your staff to take part in team building challenges to win points towards your team total.
