The Adult Sailing Clinic offers a welcoming, flexible way for adult sailors to enjoy time on the water while continuing to grow their sailing skills. Perfect for those who have completed RYA Level 1 or have equivalent experience, these informal, instructor-led sessions focus on practice, progression, and enjoyment.

With an emphasis on social, confidence-building sailing, each week provides a new opportunity to hone your technique, explore different aspects of boat handling, and ask questions - all in a friendly, supportive environment. Session content will vary depending on the group’s experience and the day’s conditions, making each clinic unique and tailored.

Prerequisites & course minimum requirements

Sailors aged 16+ must have completed their RYA Level 1 qualification to participate. We highly recommend completing this course before joining the session to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

RYA Level 1

A 2-day introduction into sailing, no experience needed. We help you get your sea legs by using beginner friendly boats to make the learning transition as comfortable as possible, working towards your RYA Level 1 certificate.
