Activity overview
This course is aimed at children aged 8–15 who have completed Stage 1 or have some basic windsurfing experience. Over two days, participants will focus on developing control, confidence, and independence while sailing. Instructors guide each session, helping young windsurfers refine their steering, sail handling, and balance in a supportive and safe environment.
Participants will learn to sail on all points of sail, practice tacking and gybing, and gain a better understanding of wind and water conditions. The course emphasizes improving board control, making safe decisions on the water, and having fun while progressing at an individual pace. By the end, students will be able to sail more confidently and perform basic maneuvers with ease.
