We are looking for watersports activity instructors throughout the year, for up to 37.5hrs per week.        

Our activities instructors run sailing, windsurfing, winging, powerboating, paddlesports and land-based courses and activities according to qualifications gained and the needs of the Centre. You will ensure that all session delivery meets the RYA or Governing Body requirements of safe, fun and learning.

As part of the role, our instructors take part in regular training and CPD led by the Chief Instructor and Senior Instructors. You will be responsible for keeping your own qualifications current and up to date.

Our instructors are fully involved in the setting up and packing down of activity equipment alongside cleaning and tidying the general centre where needed. You will ensure all resources of the Centre are well looked after and report any maintenance needed or defects with equipment.

As part of the role, you will maintain a good sales focus to individuals, schools and groups, and represent the Centre in a professional and friendly way. This means you may be asked to answer the phone where necessary, deal with customers queries and take bookings. You will be the face of the charity, representing the centre in a professional and friendly way.
