Take your sailing to the next level with our Youth Advanced Sailing Week - an exciting five-day course designed for young sailors who have already achieved their RYA Stage 4 certificate. This immersive week builds on your existing skills and introduces you to the world of advanced sailing techniques.
Each course focuses on a mix of RYA Advanced Modules, including Seamanship Skills, Start Racing, and Sailing with Spinnakers. With expert instruction, plenty of time on the water, and a programme tailored to the group’s ability and interests, no two weeks are ever the same. Expect to be challenged, supported, and inspired as you push your skills further than ever before.
What to expect
- A week of advanced sailing training for Stage 4 graduates
- Focus on two RYA Advanced Modules (varies each week)
- Modules may include Seamanship Skills, Start Racing, and Sailing with Spinnakers
- Bespoke coaching tailored to participants’ needs and goals
- Practical, hands-on learning with expert feedback

Prerequisites & course minimum requirements
Sailors aged 8 to 15 must have completed their RYA Stage 4 qualification to participate. We highly recommend completing this course before joining the Advanced Sailing Week to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
